How do I use my Dudley Zoo vouchers?

Once you've found the right deal for you, follow the link provided through to the Dudley Zoo website to book your tickets. Select the number of tickets you want and any extras then follow the pathway through to checkout. You'll be provided with space to enter your discount code during the checkout process.

When can I use my Dudley Zoo admission tickets?

Once you’ve bought your admission tickets, they’re valid for a whole 12 months! You will need to purchase your tickets at least 12 hours before you wish to visit the zoo, but other than this you can use your tickets any time the zoo is open.

I don’t want to use my Dudley Zoo Admission Ticket anymore, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, admission tickets can only be used once and are non-refundable.

How much is delivery if I buy from the Dudley Zoo online shop?

At the Dudley Zoo shop you can buy all kinds of memorabilia to remember your trip and the animals you met forever, even after you've come home!

Each order will be subject to different delivery charges depending on the weight of your order.

Packages under will be 120g completely free to ship.

For other packages: 121-600g costs £2.95, 601-2kg costs £4.95, and 2.01kg – 100kg costs £7.95.

Can I get a refund on my Dudley Zoo Animal Experience if I can’t go?

You sure can! You must apply for a refund within 3 months from the date of purchase and your refund will be subject to a £10 administration charge. Please note, only unused tickets can be refunded.
