If you’re an existing Lebara customer you can move to a SIM Only Plan anytime with your current number. Just buy one of the SIM only plans and you have moved to it already. To manage the plans, just use our handy App or Mylebara website

If you are new to Lebara you will need to request a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your existing network provider. Once you have a PAC code simply contact an agent and tell them your (PAC), the name of your existing network provider, the existing number you wish to transfer to Lebara and your Lebara number.
