Do I need to print my tickets from Picniq or can I just show them on my phone?

With the exception of Longleat Safari and Adventure Park, you will need to print your ticket and take it with you to the attraction. Also, information about whether or not you will need to print your ticket will always be displayed on the page as well as on the confirmation email that you’ll receive.

How will I receive my tickets from Picniq?

Tickets are sent via email within minutes of completing your booking. If you have booked for Disneyland Paris you will receive a confirmation email within minutes of completing your booking and your tickets will follow in a separate email up to 48 hours afterwards.

I haven't received my tickets from Picniq - what can I do?

Tickets are sent via email and should be received within fifteen minutes of making your booking. Please check your junk and spam folders as occasionally they can be misdirected. If you still haven't got them, please either email tickets@picniq.co.uk or telephone 01202 830838.
