How do I use my Studio discount code?

Where does Studio deliver to?

Studio are able to deliver all over the UK. The only exception is that any ‘Larger Item’ cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands and some cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland. This will be marked on the individual item’s page. Normal deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will attract a higher delivery fee.

Can I order Studio anywhere other than online?

Studio offers a printed catalogue from which you can shop a smaller selection of their huge range. You can then use the numbers from that catalogue to shop online, or simply give them a call on 0872 737 0000.

Do Studio offer free delivery?

While they typically charge flat rate delivery fees, Studio will often give away free shipping if you spend over a certain amount.
Can I return my Studio order if I’m not happy with it?

You’ll have 14 days from receiving the item to return it simply because you’ve changed your mind. There are exemptions from this rule, including personalised items. Check the return policy for more details.

Does Studio pay the cost of my return?

No, you’ll have to pay the return postage fees and you will not receive a refund for the original shipping fees if you paid any.
