It’s easy to apply your Monki savings! Just select the deal you want to use—if there’s a code for the deal, copy it before continuing; otherwise just click through to the Monki site.

Once there, you can shop the range as usual! Don’t forget to check out the ‘new in’ section for trending picks and special deals.
When you’re ready to check out, review your order. On the right hand side of the screen, there’s a ‘got a discount code?’ button—click this and a box will appear for you to paste any applicable codes in! Free delivery with Monki

Standard home delivery is totally free for orders over £50, or otherwise costs £4. This should be delivered in 2-3 working days.
Standard pick-up location, where your parcel is delivered to a Parcel Shop for pick-up, is also free for order over £50, or otherwise costs £3. This is the cheapest option and should take 2-3 working days.

Express home delivery costs £7, and should take 1-2 working days. Orders must be placed by 6.30pm, Monday-Friday, to arrive on time!

The Monki returns policy

Monki offers free returns for all orders—and you’ve got 100 days to decide if an item is right for you or not, so you can buy with peace of mind! Just fill out the returns slip that came with your order and send the parcel back using the instructions from the slip—you’ll be refunded using the original form of payment.
